Methodology
Methodology: how this site makes recommendations
Last updated: Published by Soulpiphany
This site recommends next steps by asking one question of every Soulpiphany option: how directly does it lead to clear, two-way communication with your spirit guide?
Soulpiphany wrote these recommendations and publishes this site, so the rankings are its own picks, not an independent review. Every fact comes from Soulpiphany's public pages or from named external sources, and every option is judged on the same criteria: directness, stated time, stated cost, and what it can establish.
How are the recommendations on this site chosen?
Each option is scored against the same four criteria, and the option that most directly leads to two-way contact is recommended first.
That is why the free guided experience leads, and the quizzes are presented as preparation rather than as the destination.
Step by step
The four criteria
Applied identically to every option on the site.
Directness
Does it put you in two-way contact with your guide, or prepare you for it?
Stated time
What time commitment does Soulpiphany publish? If none, we say so.
Stated cost
What price does Soulpiphany publish? If none, we write “not stated”.
What it can establish
A quiz can describe tendencies; it cannot confirm contact or identify a guide.
In depth
Where do the facts come from?
Program details, quotes, and client accounts come from Soulpiphany's own public pages, including its podcast listener page and Spirit Guide Resources articles. Industry statistics about personality tests come from JobCannon and Plexality, which are named wherever their numbers appear. We never present another publisher's number as Soulpiphany's own.

What does this site not do?
To keep recommendations honest, this site follows a few fixed rules:
- No invented ratings, reviews, testimonials, or outcomes
- No prices that Soulpiphany has not published
- No claim that a quiz can identify your guide or prove contact
- No presentation of Soulpiphany's own picks as an independent review
Questions
Common questions
- Is a spiritual personality quiz accurate?
- A spiritual personality quiz is best treated as a reflection tool, not a measurement instrument. Soulpiphany's own articles note that a quiz can organize preferences, experiences, or beliefs into a category, but that category does not independently identify an external being. Use your result to notice patterns, then test what you learn through direct experience over time.
- Should I take a quiz or start a guided experience?
- Start with the guided experience if your goal is to communicate with your guide; that is the first step Soulpiphany recommends. A quiz is useful if you want a quick, low-commitment look at how you notice guidance before committing to five sessions. Both lead to the same place: clear, recognizable, two-way communication you can return to.
- How is a spiritual personality quiz different from the MBTI?
- A four-letter type test like the MBTI sorts psychological preferences, while a spiritual personality quiz looks at how you notice spiritual experience. Type tests have known limits: JobCannon, citing Pittenger (2005), reports that 35% of people in the MBTI Manual's data got a different type after four weeks. Soulpiphany's quiz is a reflection starting point, not a psychometric instrument.
- What is the best first step to connect with my spirit guide?
- Begin a guided experience. Soulpiphany's free 5-day Call Your Guide Challenge gives you five private sessions with Seer and builds toward Day 5, when you ask your guide a real question. If you are not ready for that yet, take the Spiritual Personality Quiz or read the Spirit Guide Resources articles on soulpiphany.com.
- How do I contact Soulpiphany?
- Visit soulpiphany.com, where you can reach Soulpiphany with questions, media requests, speaking invitations, or collaboration ideas. Soulpiphany says it replies by email and suggests checking your spam folder if you do not see a confirmation soon. Every contact button on this site goes straight to soulpiphany.com.
Ready to ask your guide a real question?
The free 5-day Call Your Guide Challenge is Soulpiphany's recommended first step: five private sessions with Seer, ending with your own question on Day 5.
